Delivery Policy

HONEYCOMB & CO. DELIVERY POLICY

We offer delivery and pick-up Monday–Friday.

Saturdays are pick-up only — we do not deliver on weekends.

Same-Day Delivery:

Please inquire for availability — while we always welcome next-day deliveries during the week, same-day requests are not always guaranteed.

Delivery Process:

We make the first delivery attempt without contacting the recipient. If that attempt is unsuccessful, we’ll reach out to arrange a second complimentary redelivery.

When possible, we may leave flowers on a front porch if the weather is safe and conditions are secure. For business or apartment deliveries, flowers are often left with a front desk or trusted colleague.

We’ll always notify both the sender and recipient about the outcome of their delivery.
