FAQ

Floral Policies and Care:
The flower arrangements pictured on our website do not necessarily represent the arrangements that will be sent or received. The picture is merely an example of the style of arrangement that Honeycomb & Co will provide. Flower selection at Honeycomb & Co. is based off of market availability, and therefore, no flower type is guaranteed, not even the flowers that appear on this product’s photos. While Honeycomb & Co. will make every effort to accommodate specific requests, please understand that Honeycomb & Co. reserves the right to use the flowers that its designers deem most appropriate for the arrangement style chosen, if a requested flower is not available. Our flowers are hand-selected for their quality and look, and Honeycomb & Co. will not use a flower or botanical that is not up to its standards of quality, even if that flower is requested. We will make every effort to communicate our flower availability and necessary substitutions with our customers.

To care for your flowers, we suggest moving the arrangement to a spot where it will be neither in direct sunlight, nor away from all sunlight, but in a partially sunny space. It should not sit near a heater, or near a very cold window as both heat and cold tend to adversely affect flowers; they like a lukewarm temperature. Please do not put your arrangement in the refrigerator, as flowers can react negatively with certain foods. Most of all, move your arrangement to a spot where you can best see it and enjoy it!

Plant Policies and Care
The plants pictured on our website do not necessarily represent the exact look of the plants that will be sent or received. The picture is merely an example of the style of plant that Honeycomb & Co will provide. Plant selection at Honeycomb & Co. is based off of market availability, and therefore, no plant type is guaranteed, not even the flowers that appear on this product’s photos. While Honeycomb & Co. will make every effort to accommodate specific requests, please understand that Honeycomb & Co. reserves the right to use the plants that its designers deem most appropriate for the plant style chosen, if a requested plant is not available. Our plants are hand-selected for their quality and look, and Honeycomb & Co. will not use a plant or botanical that is not up to its standards of quality, even if that plant is requested. We will make every effort to communicate our plant availability and necessary substitutions with our customers.

To care for your orchid, consider moving the plant to an area in your home that is more humid. Places like kitchen windows and bathrooms are great spots for orchids. We recommend watering your orchid once a week by placing a single ice cube near the base of the plant and letting it melt into the plant. Because Colorado’s climate is so dry, orchids tend to last 1-2 months here, so please don’t be discouraged if your orchid does not last longer!

To care for your succulents, it is best to keep in mind that these plants like an arid climate, so keeping them dry and warm is essential. Move the planter to a warm location in your house, with plenty of sunlight. Plan to water these plants occasionally. They don’t need a good soaking, only about ¼ cup of water every other week. Succulents should last throughout the warmer seasons; however, they have a tendency to struggle in our harsh, cold winters. They like consistency too, so once you have a routine, stick to it!

Refund Policies:
Flowers: We pride ourselves on fresh, durable flowers, and we hope to create arrangements that our customers can enjoy for many days! Honeycomb & Co. will accept complaints for flower arrangements within 72 hours of a delivery or pickup. During that timeframe, a refund or redelivery will be made in place of a flower arrangement whose flowers did not last. We prefer to redeliver an arrangement that is to our standard, and therefore, refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis with floral complaints.

Plants: Honeycomb & Co. accepts complaints for plants up to one week, or 7 business days, after delivery or pick up. We strive to provide the best orchids, succulents, and seasonal plants, and we feel that our care instructions will help you maintain a healthy plant through its lifespan. However, because we can control neither the environment your plant is in, nor the care of the plant, we will not make a redelivery or provide a refund for complaints on plants after one week. Please contact Honeycomb & Co. as soon as possible once you receive a plant if you have further questions on how to best care for your plant!

Gift and Décor Merchandise: Honeycomb and Co. offers full refunds up to 72 hours after a purchase. Please note that this policy excludes flower arrangements and plants. Purchases must be in their original condition and packaging, and unused in order to be eligible for a return or store credit. This policy does not apply to jewelry; please see below.

Jewelry: Any jewelry purchase is eligible only for store credit if returned. Jewelry purchases must be returned for store credit within one week in order to be valid. Any jewelry returned after one week is not eligible for store credit, and must be counted as a final sale. Please understand that much of our jewelry is either one-of-a-kind or on consignment, and therefore, must be treated differently than our other merchandise.
